A proud HBCU alumna from Savannah State University and graduate from the University of California, Irvine with a Masters in Human Computer Interaction and Design, I have also had the pleasure of judging Stanford’s d.School Design Thinking for User Experience Project Expo 2018 competition.  

I am a mix method researcher that drives product strategy & conducts both Quantitative and Qualitative studies for mobile and desktop experiences, through various research methodologies including discovery research, contextual studies, guerrilla testing, remote testing, diary studies and surveys.  I have lead exciting and impactful research products on Search & Discovery, Identity & General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) both internationally and in the US across product pillars while collaborating with stakeholders across the entire LinkedIn platform.

A dynamic sought after international speaker, panelist, moderator & MC.  I am a voice and activist for the importance of representation, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity within the UX, Design, Product and Tech industries.  My passions & talents include dropping gems on the importance of education, career re-skilling and UX industry knowledge for both novice and experienced audiences. I am extremely passionate about inspiring, influencing & encouraging the next generation of women & minority professionals, as well as helping individuals make successful college & career pivots into tech and UX.
