Ep 1: Q&A with Noah Bond

Noah Bond

At LinkedIn, I'm present in the early stages of product development, all the way through market launch and beyond, to act as a voice for our most important stakeholders: our members and customers.

With a strong emphasis on inclusive design, I take a systems-based, highly ethnographic approach to understanding users. By telling their stories, I ensure the products that get built are equitable and create value for all members of the global workforce.

As an investor and advisor, I'm focused on helping underrepresented founders in the US and startups in East Africa scale their impact. If you're an entrepreneur, don't hesitate to reach out!

For young folks just starting out, remember this: it doesn't happen overnight, but anything is possible if you work hard, invest in relationships, and keep learning. Here are just a few of the (many) jobs that supported me throughout college and early in my career: restaurant manager, barista, elementary school counselor, telemarketer, radio host, caterer.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about storytelling, songwriting, Afro/Indigenous-futurism, Bollywood, sci-fi, yoga, and basketball. Go Warriors!
